My nephew Luke loves to eat his cucumbers, something which he demonstrates in this photo from yesterday's family dinner:
I can't say that I blame him; they're one of my preferred veggies, too. I learned to love them in Peru, where they are often put into salads, and they remain a favorite to this day.
