If you think oysters are disgusting, well, I was once like you. Serving in a small branch on the outskirts of Cusco, Peru, where I was served oyster soup for lunch every day for three months, however, changed my mind; they're actually quite delicious.
Rocky Mountain oysters, however, are completely out of the equation.
